Nee, nee, dit is geen club voor gekken. Dit is een legitieme vereniging ter ere van de hazelnoot!

These are unshelled hazelnuts.

Dit zijn ongedopte hazelnoten.

Every year this Fellowship of the Nut organizes a festival. It’s a big parade with floats and everything!

Elk jaar organiseert deze Fellowship of the Nut een festival. Het is een grote parade met praalwagens en alles erop en eraan!

But first the nuts need to be gathered. You can use one of those devices like I used for the walnuts…

Maar eerst moeten de noten verzameld worden. U kunt zo’n apparaat gebruiken zoals ik voor de walnoten heb gebruikt…

Or you can use serious farm machinery!

Of u kunt serieuze landbouwmachines gebruiken!

I can’t decide what this machine reminds me of, but I think it involves elephants.

Ik weet niet waar deze machine me aan doet denken, maar ik denk dat er olifanten bij betrokken zijn.
